The annual meeting fees will be $100 USD before October 8, 2010 and $150 USD after October 8, 2010. For students, the meeting fees will be $75 USD before October 8, 2010 and $100 USD after October 8, 2010. Those registering as students must be enrolled as full-time students and may not receive grant or institutional funds to attend the meeting. There is no single day registration option. There is a $50 USD cancellation fee prior to October 29, 2010 - no refunds for cancellation after this date. The workshop fees include the scientific program, breakfast, sit-down lunch, coffee breaks, and opening night reception.
